PENSACOLA, Fla. -- J.T. Wise's three-run home run in the seventh inning Saturday night keyed a 6-4 Southern League baseball victory for the Chattanooga Lookouts against the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
Wise's shot to left field put Chattanooga ahead to stay as the Lookouts (28-21) squared the series at two games apiece. Wise came up in the seventh with Rafael Ynoa and Nick Buss on base in a 3-3 game.
Joe Becker homered to left in the second inning for the Lookouts, and Chattanooga starting pitcher Zach Lee allowed eight hits and three runs in six innings.
The finale of the five-game series is today at 5 p.m. EDT, two hours later than the original schedule. Chris Reed (0-2, 4.05 ERA) is the listed starting pitcher for the Lookouts, with Wirfin Obispo (4-0, 2.13) scheduled for the Blue Wahoos.
