Two teens wounded in early morning shooting in Chattanooga

Two teenagers are in the hospital after being shot early this morning on the 2400 block of 4th Avenue, Chattanooga police said.

It was reported that the two 16-year-old males were standing on the sidewalk around 12:18 a.m. when an unknown suspect shot them and fled the scene in a black SUV, police said.

The victims are being treated for nonlife-threatening injuries.
