A local group of Republican women will be hosting a spaghetti dinner on Oct. 5 to benefit the Fisher House being built in Murfreesboro.
Fisher Houses provide free or low-cost housing to military families while their loved ones are treated at medical facilities.
The dinner will be from 5-7 p.m. at the Red Bank Lions Club, located at 3704 Dayton Blvd. It will include spaghetti, salad, a dessert and drink. Whole wheat noodles, meatless sauce or to-go plates will be available. Tickets are $8.50 for adults and $4.00 for children.
