Denver Cole faces five to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 at his May 21 sentencing hearing.
On July 26, 2011, a federal grand jury indicted Cole on 24 child pornography counts related to sharing photographs and videos available on the Internet, according to court documents.
