Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum is coming to Chattanooga.
Santorum will headline the Chattanooga Tea Party’s Liberty Forum on Saturday, Feb. 25, at Abba's House in Hixson, according to a statement on the local Tea Party website.
Santorum was one of several invited presidential candidates and first to accept, a news release states.
A recent poll shows Santorum leading the GOP race in Tennessee. The former U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania is known for promoting conservative and family values.
The event will run from 1 to 4 p.m. at Abba's House, 5208 Hixson Pike, and there is no cost to attend. The Times Free Press will provide live online coverage at www.timesfreepress.com.
