Chattanooga: Norton named interim Sessions judge

Hamilton County Commissioners appointed Assistant County Attorney David Norton, Soddy-Daisy’s municipal judge for 28 years, as interim General Sessions judge.

In a 7-1 vote this morning, commissioners tapped Norton to replace the late Bob Moon. Commissioner Warren Mackey was absent.
