A murder charge against a 20-year-old man has been sent to the Hamilton County grand jury.
Joshua Stoltz was charged in the December 2011 stabbing death of David L. Murray, 46, of Harrison.
Police extradited Stoltz from south Georgia after Murray’s body was found in his home.
