Features: The all-suite hotel is set up for long-term stays, said Sarah Stokes, general manager. All suites have a kitchen with a microwave, stove top and fridge. Each suite includes a separate desk area with chairs, so a family can have dinner there or a person can work out of the suite.
Market: The hotel is designed for travelers who intend to stay for multiple nights. At another location, one guest stayed for 12 years, Stokes said. The hotel is targeted at people who might be relocating to the area, coming to Chattanooga for training, performing government contract work, or area homeowners who have suffered from a house fire or other disaster and need a place to stay while their home is being fixed.
