Man killed in Saturday motorcycle wreck

A motorcycle driver was killed Saturday night at 600 Lee Pike, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Johnny W. Uren was driving his 2012 Harley Davidson east at about 6:30 p.m. when he drifted over the center line, off the road and into a ditch. He was ejected and struck a tree stump, spokesperson Janice Atkinson said.

Uren was taken by ambulance to Erlanger hospital, where he died in surgery. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
