Traffic tileTDOT and the Tennessee Highway Patrol are on the scene of an accident on Interstate 24 eastbound in Marion County.
Around 4 a.m., a tractor trailer carrying a hazardous substance overturned.
The incident had traffic backed up for at least 3 hours.
