After nearly a year of planning, the Team Andrew group with Steps2Hope begins its 7-day house build for Army Spc. Andrew Smith. Smith lost his legs in an IED blast in Afghanistan in the spring of 2012. He's leaving the military and returning home to Chattanooga with his wife Tori in the coming months. The build begins today, June 27 and should finish on July 4.
