NGEMC reports only a few isolated cases of customers without power

NGEMC reported this afternoon that there were a few isolated cases of customers being without power in the wake of yesterday's storms.

As many of several thousand had lost power but as of 9 a.m. today fewer than 100 customers were without power.

It reported that crews worked through the night and into this morning to repair downed power lines and restore power. The remaining outages wereconcentrated in the Chattooga County area.
