Contemporary bluegrass band NewFound Road, which features native son Josh Miller, right, on banjo, will play Friday, May 10, at Tennessee Valley Theatre, 184 W. Jackson Ave., in Spring City.

Considered one of the most exciting new bands to emerge on the national bluegrass scene in the new millennium, NFR also features, from left, Joe Booher (mandolin, vocals), Tim Shelton (guitar, lead vocals) and Jamey Booher (bass, vocals).

In addition to his banjo work, Miller also plays guitar and contributes lead and harmony vocals. Tickets are $10.
