Randy Russell and Sheretta Smith reappointed as judicial commissioners

Judicial Commissioners Randy Russell and Sheretta Smith will continue to serve in their posts after Hamilton County Commissioners voted today to reappoint them.

The commission also voted 7-2 to appoint Russell as chief magistrate.

The pay is $61,143 with benefits, and magistrates must be willing to work full time, all hours of the day. Chief magistrates earn an extra $5,000 per year.
