The National Guard Armory on Holtzclaw Avenue on Thursday became a one-stop shop for homeless people to find services. The eighth annual Project Homeless Connect served several hundred people, a news release said. Services included health screenings, dental care, haircuts, a hot lunch, massages, facials, employment resources, legal help, HIV testing and STD education, housing resources, mental health and substance abuse services and voter registration.
