The Tennessee Department of Transportation bridge repair crew has completed repair work on the large pothole on U.S. 27 North over W. 6th St.
TDOT operations crews are picking up the traffic control cones now and all lanes will be open by 4:30 p.m.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation has an emergency bridge repair crew en route to repair a large pothole in the center lane of the bridge on U.S. 27 North over W. 6th Street.
The crew should be on site within two to three hours. The lane will be closed for the remainder of the day.
The lane should be reopened before rush hour Friday morning.
