Road closed tileThe Chattanooga Transportation Department has announced the 600 block of Chestnut Street will be closed Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for building maintenance.
However, a news release said the work may be completed in as short a time as four hours.
Detour signs will be posted.
