CLINTON — A Knoxville man was drunk and high on marijuana in December 2013 when he crashed on Lewallen Bridge, killing one passenger and injuring four other people, according to indictments and a Clinton Police Department incident report.

Kyle Houston Anthony, 22, indicted last week for the December 2013 wreck by an Anderson County grand jury, is free on $150,000 bond and is to be arraigned Aug. 1 in Criminal Court.

Killed in the Dec. 6 three-vehicle wreck was Clinton area resident Angela Duncan Richardson, 40, who was ejected through the rear window of the 2012 Chevrolet pickup driven by Anthony.
