Highland Park fiesta

What: In recognition of NeighborWorks Week, a fiesta was held in the parking lot of St. Andrew's Center sponsored by Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise. Activities included a rummage sale, food trucks on-site, mariachi band, children's crafts and viewing of a World Cup match.

Benefits: All residents of Highland Park neighborhood.

About NeighborWorks: A national campaign aimed at mobilizing neighborhood residents and their elected officials to meet each other in order to bring about neighborhood change.


Not Just Another Gorgeous Evening

What: More than 350 guests attended Not Just Another Gorgeous Evening held at Tennessee RiverPlace. The benefit included dinner catered by Lee Towery and music by the 9th Street Stompers and the Ben Friberg Trio.

Benefits: Tennessee River Gorge Trust's mission to preserve the area's natural beauty.
