Food Bank hosting plant sale

The Chattanooga Area Food Bank, overwhelmed by the amount of plants that its garden team has grown this year, is selling the extras.

Today, the bank is having a plant sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Mondays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the bank is selling tomato, pepper and herb plants for $2 each. Plants will be available while supplies last.

The bank is located at 2009 Curtain Pole Road. For more information, call 423-622-1800.
