A Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum train will head straight to the North Pole to pick up Santa starting this weekend. The North Pole Limited, now in its 16th year, is an express run from Grand Junction Station, 4119 Cromwell Road, complete with refreshments, storytelling and sing-alongs. Once the train arrives at its magical destination, Santa boards for the return trip to greet each child onboard and present a keepsake. Evening trains depart at 5:45 and 7:45 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, through Tuesday, Dec. 23. New for 2014 are daytime trips on several Saturdays. Tickets are $20 for ages 2 and up.
