Hang glider, pilot crash in Sequatchie County tree, 75 feet above the ground

A hang glider and its pilot were trapped 75 feet above the ground after crashing into a tree Thursday, Sep. 25, according to a news release today.

The pilot had taken off from the ramp on Lewis Chapel mountain in Sequatchie County.

The pilot was uninjured and only needed help to get out of the tree, according to the release. He was rescued without any problems.
