A man arrived at Memorial Hospital via his own personal vehicle after being shot at the Woodlawn Apartments.
The victim has been identified as 24-year-old Dequan Jamal Duke.
Duke is suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound is reportedly in serious condition.
Police on the scene at Memorial had taped off the entrance to the emergency room and a silver car with multiple bullet holes could be seen near the entrance.
The shooting occurred in the parking lot at the apartment complex.
There is no suspect information at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
