A Tracy City, Tenn., man whose remains were found Oct. 4 in a remote wooded area of Grundy County was shot at least four times, the county sheriff's office confirmed today.
Three bullets were recovered from the skull and one from the thoracic lumbar region of the back of 35-year-old Dylan Winton, according to a news release from the sheriff's office. Winton had been was reported missing on March 13.
Sheriff Clint Shrum said the bullets have been sent to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation crime lab for analysis.
