The suspect in Sunday afternoon's SWAT standoff was reportedly "hallucinating and shooting a firearm inside the house," according to court records.

Dwight Land, 48, barricaded himself in a home in the 3900 block of Memphis Drive for nearly two-and-a-half hours, court records show.

He is charged with felony reckless endangerment, drugs general category for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, according to online court records.

Another person at the Memphis Drive home called police to report the shots fired and then stayed outside until police arrived.

Police began giving verbal commands to Land, but he continued firing his weapon inside the home. The SWAT team was eventually called, and he turned himself in and was arrested at around 6:49 p.m.
