The Chattanooga Department of Transportation will be closing three area roads overnight on Monday and Tuesday for utility work, according to a news release.
The right northbound lane of Hixson Pike between Ozark and Braly Place/Rivermont roads will be closed from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday, and the entire road will be closed periodically at Rivermont during the night. Flagmen will be in place to direct traffic.
Tuesday night, the right northbound lane of Gunbarrel Road will be closed between Igou Gap and Goodwin, and one lane will be closed on Igou Gap between Farris and Gunbarrel. There will be periods during the night when the entire Igou Gap-Gunbarrel intersection will be closed. Watch flagmen for directions, the news release advised.
