The Chattanooga Police Department's Missing Persons Unit is coordinating with multiple other agencies in hosting an event Wednesday intended to reconnect families and their missing loved ones.
Anyone who has a family member or friend who has been missing for more than a month is welcome to work with authorities at the Family Justice Center, 5705 Uptain Road, from 3–7 p.m. on Wednesday.
Participants can enter information bout their missing person into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System and provide DNA samples at no cost.
