Lisa's Gold and Diamonds cares about customers, strives for quality service

With more than 35 years' experience in buying and selling jewelry, Lisa Edge, owner of Lisa's Gold and Diamonds, wants her clients to know she cares.

"We really care about our customers and their needs," Edge said of her store, which opened in April 1991. "We strive really hard to give the best service possible and give a great value also.

"We are honest and stand behind our sales and work."

Her son Zackary Edge serves as the store's jewelry repairman and her granddaughter Elizabeth just joined the team after graduating high school. While immediate relatives help her run the store, other employees and customers are treated like they are part of the family, with their wants and needs put first.

"I absolutely love working with people, to help them get a piece of jewelry that they are so excited about," Edge said. "We are like a big family here, and it's the same way with our customers.

"We've taken care of the grandparents, parents and now their children."

Edge also said she strives really hard to give the best service possible and give a great value to all her clients.

"We get so excited when a customer realizes they can afford what they really wanted," she shared. "They get excited and it's contagious.

"We love making people happy."

While you may have already visited the store for your standard jewelry needs, you may not know it also carries several unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. Floating opals, cameo jewelry, black onyx and scarab bracelets are a few of its unique selections, and it also carries the Pandora line, which is updated multiple times a year with new products.

"We have metals that are very popular among men including stainless steel, tungsten, titanium, and more," she noted.

As her business continues to grow and thrive, Edge said she hopes to keep expanding to better offer customers the latest styles in jewelry and the best service possible.

If there is one thing Edge wants people to know most, she said it would be that she really does care about people and their jewelry.

"We take care of it like our own and we so appreciate their business," she said.

Lisa's Gold and Diamonds also cleans and inspects jewelry for free and always checks to make sure there are no broken prongs or repairs needed. As they continue to celebrate 24 years in business, they are offering customers discounts on everything (excluding the Pandora line), with prices ranging from 25-50 percent off.
