Enzo's changes to Grocery Bar

Chef Daniel Lindley has bought a majority ownership in Southside grocery store Enzo's Market, with plans to transform it into the new chef-curated Grocery Bar during a renovation that begins after June 7.

Lindley plans to re-open the reimagined Main Street grocery store by the end of June, with house-made pantry staples and a large selection of ready-to-eat foods served from a juice bar, coffee bar, butcher bar, cheese bar, sandwich bar, pizza bar, hot bar and raw bar, according to an announcement.

Sam Turner, former president of Favorite Markets, remains a minority owner of the new entity with Eric Cummings, though former partner Gavin Thomas has sold his stake in the business, Turner said. Enzo's opened last summer.
