Electric utilities whose energy conservation program generated the most savings at the customer meter as a percent of prior year retail sales last year were:

1. Duke Carolinas, 0.97 percent

2. Duke Progress, 0.85 percent

3. Gulf Power, 0.44 percent

4. SCE&G, 0.24 percent

5. Duke Florida, 0.19 percent

6. Santee Cooper, 0.19 percent*

7. Tampa Electric, 0.18 percent

8. Tennessee Valley Authority, 0.18 percent

9. Mississippi Power, 0.18 percent

10. Florida Power & Light, 0.05 percent
