History: The strip mall was built in 1995 and acquired by Mimms Investments in the mid-2000s. This is its first major renovation.
Scope: The update includes a new asphalt surface and LED lights for the parking lot and a new facade. Owners are in contact with potential tenants and hope the renovations will bring in new stores.
Schedule: Renovations are expected to be finished by February.
