General contractor: Lynx Construction Management, an affiliate of Lynx Cos., in Miami
Expansion project: 72-unit expansion, including 12 one-bedroom units, 30 two-bedroom units and 30 three bedroom units, built in three multi-story buildings totaling 86,878 square feet.
Amenities: The complex already includes a beach entry swimming pool with cabanas and community room and will add a fountain, mail kiosks, outdoor fireplace, landscape sidewalks and walkways.
Existing facility: Forest Cove Apartments opened in 2014 with 48 one- and 70 two-bedroom apartments. Phase I is already 96 percent leased.
