A free reception will be held Friday, June 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. to open "Observations: Painting Chattanooga and Andalusia," the newest exhibit at Townsend Atelier, 301 E. 11th St. "Observations" is the debut exhibit of artist Caleb Stoltzfus, Townsend Atelier instructor. It includes 45 works depicting scenes in this city and Andalusia, Spain. Also featured is a limited-edition series of copperplate etchings that were hand-printed by Stoltzfus at Townsend Atelier.
