Signal Crest United Methodist hosts gospel concert

A gospel concert will be presented Sunday, March 25, at 6 p.m. in Signal Crest United Methodist Church, 1005 Ridgeway Ave.

Allan Ledford, director of music at the church, describes the concert as "an evening of thrilling gospel songs, provided by recording artist and renowned soloist Neshawn Calloway with accomplished singers and musicians from the Chattanooga gospel community."

"I'm Restoring Life" is the theme for the Palm Sunday concert. Joining Calloway will be Eurdis Moore, soprano; Richarra Hardaway, alto; Jarvis Menifee, tenor; David Yancey, tenor; Sam Patton, keys; Reginald Moss, bass; and Twain Dawson, drums.

Calloway said among numbers in her performance will be "I'm Restoring Life to You" from her worship CD, "Let It Be Known" by Casey J and "Thank You" by Mary Mary.

The concert is free, but a love offering will be collected. Child care is provided.
