Tasting series at Back Inn Cafe samples Buffalo Trace whiskey

This month's educational wine tasting series at Back Inn Cafe, 412 E. Second St., will take an unexpected turn tonight, Jan. 12. Buffalo Trace has been making bourbon whiskey continuously for more than 200 years, even during Prohibition for "medicinal purposes."

The tasting will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 in Back Inn's upper sunroom.

Tickets are $40, and seating is reserved.
