Summertime is calling. Lemonade, summer camp, festival, fish fries and all the outdoor living we can stand is ahead. Soddy-Daisy High School is planning its annual cheerleading camp June 7-10. The cost is $60 and times are set for 8:30 a.m. until noon. Call Vicki Jackson at 544-4791 for more information.
The school's award-winning cheerleaders will be leading the camp, and the special edition T-shirt will be part of registration.
New Salem Baptist Church has set June 21-24 for its free basketball camp. Registration will be Saturday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the church at 9806 Dallas Hollow Road.
