On May 14, in addition to second helpings, at Chef Lin your mom's meal will be served with a flower on the side. This Mother's Day, East Ridge's popular all-you-can-eat buffet is offering a carnation to every mother. It is Chef Lin's way of showing appreciation for its customers, as they express their never-ending gratitude for mom with an equally endless meal on her official day. After all, second, third and even fourth helpings are encouraged at Chef Lin.

On Sundays from opening to 4 p.m. Chef Lin features its brunch buffet, including a bevy of international eats such as peel-and-eat crawfish, fried catfish, rice noodles, and pork dumplings. For the adventurous palate there is beef tripe. There are BBQ ribs for people with tamer tastes, and a variety of other American favorites too including pizza, honey ham and french fries.

Then the dinner buffet begins at 4 p.m. with an expanded selection to include dishes such as creamy coconut shrimp, oysters on the half shell and frog legs. Of course, you'll want to save room for its endless desserts including cakes, cookies, cream puffs and ice cream. Chef Lin's dessert selection is as sweet as a carnation is fragrant.
