For more than 60 years, Dari Dip has brought the best country cuisine to quaint LaFayette, Ga.
Recipes including rib-eyes, sirloins and chicken-fried beef steak topped with white gravy have attracted diners from locations far and wide.
“We have people drive down from Ooltewah two, three, four times a week for our [chicken] livers,” said Donald Benton, who co-owns the diner alongside father Don.
Now, to accommodate its ever-growing number of patrons, Dari Dip is expanding its catering delivery service to include the Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe and Chattanooga areas.
In addition to all the restaurant’s house classics, Dari Dip can also create custom dishes for its catering clients.
“If you can imagine it, we will create it!” Don Benton said.
Full-service options are available and, like Dari Dip’s catering menu, can be customized.
“We will be happy to customize your party for your specific needs,” Don said. “Corporate functions, business meetings, church luncheons, wedding rehearsals, anniversary dinners or holiday parties — whether it be groups of 20 or 500, we can serve them all with hors d’oeuvres, fabulous desserts or anything in between.”
While the Dari Dip staff knows that good taste stands the test of time, they also know that fresh opportunities are delicious, too.
