The marching band from Dade County High School in Trenton, Ga., has been invited to perform at the McDonald's Thanksgiving Day Parade in Chicago. The appearance will mark the band's first national performance on TV.
Under the direction of Chris Chance, the band will travel to Chicago in November, where they will march alongside some of the country's best marching bands and learn from nationally acclaimed adjudicators. In their free time, band members will take in the sights of Chicago.
