Chattanooga: Craft, Henke reach settlement in custody case; will be kept private

Tonya Craft and her ex-husband, Joal Henke, have reached an agreement in the week-long custody dispute over their two children.

The couple, who were both crying and joking together today after Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge Marie Williams announced the agreement, said they are happy about the decision. Neither would talk about the details of the settlement and said it will be kept private.

Craft said she and Henke's first priority is their children and their children's privacy.

Craft was acquitted on the 22 counts of child molestation, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery in May after a five-week trial.
