David Bryan Ford, 50, arrested for indecent exposure after being found Aug. 9, 2011 hiding in a storm drain naked.

KNOXVILLE - After being rescued from a makeshift hiding spot inside an East Knox County storm drain this morning, a Knoxville man readily admitted he dove inside the hole after burglarizing a nearby business and running from authorities.
