The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga beat Furman 75-59 on Monday night in McKenzie Arena.

Propelled by the largest crowd in two seasons due to a "Black-Out" promotion, UTC turned an 11-point lead into a 23-point lead then cruised to victory.

More than 5,100 fans witnessed Chris Early set a career high with 23 points and eight rebounds. Omar Wattad and Keegan Bell each scored 14 points each for UTC which is in the race for the SOuthern Conference North Division championship.

Furman forward Noah States tied a career high with 20 points for the Paladins

UTC led 38-26 at halftime and 49-38 with 13:23 to go. Then they went on a 13-2 run for a 63-40 lead with more than 10 minutes to go.
