By the end of February, few tickets in McKenzie's lower arena were left for SoCon's elimination event. Previous Scenic City tournaments have drawn up to 25,000 fans, with an economic impact exceeding
$1.3 million. The winner in Chattanooga will claim one of 68 berths in the NCAA's annual tournament known as March Madness.
