A woman was hit last night while trying to cross the 800 block of Dodson Ave., Chattanooga police said.
Witnesses told police that 43-year-old Teresa Farmer was attempting to go to a friend's house on Rawlings Street when she was hit by a 90's model green Olds or Buick which was traveling north on Dodson, police said.
Farmer sustained non-life threatening injuries but broke an arm and had a head injury. She was taken to a hospital for treatment. The investigation is continuing at this time.
