Chattanooga missing persons investigators believe 11-year-old Raina Bailey, who went missing Monday, is hiding with friends in the Emma Wheeler Housing Development off Wilson Road.
Bailey, a 4-foot-11, 165-pound black girl with brown eyes and black hair, was involved in an argument with her mother about staying out late, police said.
She then fled on foot about 11:30 p.m. Monday, wearing a gray short-sleeve sport shirt, a beige skirt and black leggings, police said.
