CLEVELAND, Tenn. - One of three locations could become the next site for a Cleveland city elementary school.
But before one is chosen, City School Board members say there are a lot of questions to be answered.
The sites include private property on Georgetown Road and on North Lee Highway. Some Cleveland City Council members are promoting Hardwick Field, the city's current airport.
Garry Rodgers, of the Rodgers Group, asked the school board Monday for a $10,000, 90-day option on property owned by the Stuart family on North Lee Highway. The site is across U.S. 11 from the Dollar General Store and Tennessee Christian Academy.
