Roderick Q. BatesThe second suspect in the fatal shooting of Reginald Clark has been arrested, Chattanooga police said.
Roderick "Pooh Pooh" Bates, 24, was arrested Monday around 6 p.m. Monday after police located him at 3918 Marigold Drive, said Chattanooga police spokeswoman Sgt. Jerri Weary. Emmett "D-Baby" Jones had previously been arrested in connection with this incident.
Clark, 37, was shot and killed at 1644 Greenwood Drive almost two weeks ago.
