Franklin County Commissioner John Page was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly offered a woman money and drugs in exchange for sex, authorities said.
Page, charged with possession of Schedule IV drugs and patronizing prostitution, is free on $5,000 bond and faces a court date on Nov. 21, jail officials said.
