Thursday, Feb. 2, Morgan Kane and his monster truck "Stone Crusher" will be at the Advance Auto Parts in Ringgold from 2-6 p.m. promoting the Monster Jam competition this weekend.
In addition to getting Kane's autograph and an up-close look at the truck he will race Saturday and Sunday, fans can enjoy refreshments and visit the newly remodeled store located at 5072 Alabama Highway.
Advance Auto Parts has had a Ringgold store since 1992 and general manager John Clemmons said this is the first time the store has been revamped since moving to its current location in 2000.
"We've reset the entire store," assistant manager Earl Henderson said. "This gives us more room, particularly for parts."
Advance Auto Parts sponsors the United States Hot Rod Association-sanctioned Monster Jam Thunder Nationals tour.
Thunder Nationals features the same massive superstars from Monster Jam, but in the more intimate atmosphere of an indoor track.
This weekend the tour stops at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's McKenzie Arena, where there will be racing both Friday and Saturday starting at 7:30 p.m. each night.
