The PetroSouth station at Ed's Grocery of Chickamauga is offering much-needed relief at the gas pump June 15 to show customers appreciation for their loyalty while taking some strain off their wallets.
"At PetroSouth we want the consumer to know that we value their business and support throughout a tough economy," said Mark Moore, president and CEO of PetroSouth, which has been around for 43 years.
From 1-3 p.m. that day, customers will have the opportunity to take advantage of discounts on gas as well as on select merchandise inside the store while enjoying pizza and refreshments.
"We want to build loyalty and let customers know we realize gas prices are high and appreciate them coming to our gas stations," said PetroSouth Director of Marketing Amanda Rose. "It's our way of saying thank you."
This is the first in a series of these types of events. PetroSouth Inc., locally owned and operated from Griffin, Ga., will begin hosting a series of customer appreciation events throughout Georgia, Florida and Alabama.
